Who we are
Grad Girls is an 8-month program run by Women 4 STEM. We support and empower FEMININE-IDENTIFYING tertiary students by bridging the gap between studies & the first step in their tech career.

About the program
We run every year for any feminine-identifying University and TAFE student undertaking an STEM (Environment, Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) degree who is interested in a career in tech. The program runs on the academic year, with monthly sessions from February to October

Our partners
We partner with leading businesses and industry experts across STEM to show you what’s out there in the corporate world.
In 2023, 18 students landed internships or grad roles either with our sponsors or through skills they gained from Grad Girls, and we had the pleasure of collaborating with IFM Investors on an Exclusive Internship program for Grad Girls!

- Guidance and mentoring in creating a personal brand, writing your first CV and LinkedIn profiles
