Mary-Beth Hosking, Chief Executive Officer
Mary-Beth Hosking is a pragmatic and seasoned technology leader, award-winning author, and the CEO of Women 4 STEM. With a master’s degree in business and technology, specialising in Strategic and Organisational Change Management, Mary-Beth has successfully led major restructures for multinational organisations during times of significant transformation.
In her writing and speaking, she encourages leaders and professionals to embrace career pivots, notably expressed in her second book, When Now Means NOW! A Handbook for Career Change, Advancement, and Progression. Her philosophy, “Don’t be afraid to pivot, be afraid not to,” has inspired many to seize opportunities for growth and development.
Her first book, In One Piece: A Step-by-Step Guide to Surviving Change, launched during the Covid-19 pandemic to help leaders manage through unprecedented disruption. In 2024, she released her third book, Not Another Digital Transformation – The 10x Generation, which focuses on how businesses can adapt to the future of digital transformation. Recognised for her work in addressing the diversity dilemma in technology, Mary-Beth was honoured with the WEQUAL Technology Leadership Award and was a finalist for the Outstanding Leadership Awards in STEM. Through her leadership, writing, and mentorship, Mary-Beth continues to inspire change-makers to embrace transformation as a path to success.

Lisa Lauder, Chief Operating Officer
Lisa Lauder is an accomplished technology and operations leader with 15 years of experience driving organisational transformation and operational excellence across both large multinational corporations and purpose-driven organisations. Known for turning strategic vision into measurable outcomes, she has built high-performing teams, strengthened business foundations, and led complex change programs that support sustainable growth.
As Chief Operating Officer at Women 4 STEM, Lisa is focused on enhancing governance, data capability, and operational effectiveness to maximise the organisation’s impact. She is passionate about creating environments where diverse teams thrive and is committed to empowering the next generation of women to pursue and succeed in STEM careers.

Opal Brooks, Chief Financial Officer
Opal has over 20 years’ experience in corporate accounting, financial services, big 4 consultancies, and FMCG industries. This includes working with KPMG, EY and Citibank.
Opal has overall responsibility for managing the finance function of Millbrook, taxation and regulatory compliance, operational risk management as well as the Group’s statutory and secretarial functions.
She is a Fellow with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK), holds an MBA, is a member of CPA Australia and has a Diploma in Financial Planning.

Sarah Barnbrook, Chief Revenue Officer
Sarah Barnbrook is an award-winning international advocate for digital safety and ethical technology, with deep expertise in how emerging technologies impact women and girls. As Founder of Away from Keyboard (AFK) Inc. and an accredited UN delegate, she works across policy, education, and community sectors to address technology-facilitated abuse and strengthen digital rights.
Sarah serves on the global Women in AI Governance Human Rights Committee and has authored national Senate submissions and international policy recommendations on AI governance and digital safety. She is also an experienced charity leader, supporting organisations at a strategic level to strengthen governance, expand influence, and thrive through change. Grounded in lived experience and systems expertise, she champions safer, equitable digital futures.

Amber Lyons, Chief Marketing Officer
Amber Lyons is a social media marketing expert and small business entrepreneur with a history of building and scaling successful business ventures. With a deep understanding of digital platforms and strategies, Amber helps individuals and businesses connect with their audiences to achieve their unique goals. As an author, Amber shares insights and advice on how to successfully open and manage a thriving product-based small business, from concept through to launch.
Since joining Women 4 STEM as Chief Social Media Officer, Amber has worked to support the organisation and programs to increase it’s social media presence and create engaging content that showcases the important work that we do, driving change for women in STEM.

Sharon Sampson, Executive Sponsor Go Girl & Go For IT
Sharon Sampson is an accomplished technology executive with 30 years of global experience in strategy, digital transformation, software engineering, integration, design, and innovation. She has worked across sectors including management consulting, manufacturing, logistics, software, human resources, and financial services. For the past 17 years, Sharon has been with ANZ Bank in Melbourne, where she’s known for fostering high-energy environments, cultivating diverse teams, and driving exceptional results. Sharon is passionate about empowering teams and individuals to thrive in ways that bring them joy and create value.
As a champion of diversity and inclusion, Sharon mentors and leads programs that support the development of women in technology and build talent pipelines. Since 2016, she has been associated with Go Girl, Go for IT, representing ANZ as an executive sponsor. Sharon has been a panelist, delivered workshops and keynotes, and actively participated in every Go Girl event, both in-person and online. She is honored and excited to join Women4STEM in a new capacity to further our mission of inspiring future generations towards a career in STEM.

Caroline Stainkamph, Executive Sponsor Grad Girls
Caroline Stainkamph is a collaborative and purposeful leader with 18+ years’ experience working in complex, matrix environments leading multi-disciplinary teams, who helps organisations navigate the collision between people, process and technology.
With a background spanning senior leadership roles, driving transformational initiatives, leading large technology delivery programs, program/change management and diversity and inclusion, she bring a strong background of building highly-engaged teams that deliver world class output.
Caroline has a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives that requires lateral thinking, deep insights and thoughtful approaches to solve complex business problems and is passionate about helping organisations achieve their best. Caroline builds strong relationships with key stakeholders including board members, C-Suite, senior leaders, employees and vendors.

Yelena O’Sullivan
Yelena O’Sullivan is a consultant with over 20 years of experience in healthcare operations, digital transformation, and data governance. With a Master of Health Information Management and a Bachelor of Information Systems, Yelena is passionate about digital health innovation and skilled at leading complex programs in both private and public sectors.
Having benefited from mentorship herself, Yelena is dedicated to empowering women in STEM, recognizing the value that diverse perspectives bring. She is committed to inspiring future generations to pursue STEM careers and believes in the importance of mentorship and role modeling. Yelena seeks to foster an inclusive environment that supports women in achieving impactful goals.

Zoe Itzstein-Davey
Zoe Itzstein-Davey is a dynamic leader dedicated to creating environments where everyone is empowered to thrive. With expertise in strategic thinking, relationship building, and clear communication, she excels at navigating complex challenges to drive innovation. Her passion for diversity and inclusion comes from the knowledge that varied perspectives lead to more effective solutions. By leveraging team strengths, she unlocks innovative ideas for a better future.
Before joining Women 4 STEM, Zoe led ANZ’s gender diversity Employee Reference Group (Forward) for eight years and was the Return to Work Program Manager in 2023, that hired 43 staff returning from significant career breaks. She established an innovation incubator in ANZ Institutional Banking and secured over $100 million in project funding through her strategic business cases.

Nick Scougall
Nick is Head of Operations at Forecast, a leading financial modelling and analytics consultancy. Prior to that, Nick worked for EY, where he looked at the applications of machine learning and robotic automation for advanced analytics. Nick has a B. Economics and a M. Professional Accounting from the University of Sydney, in addition to passing the CFA Level 1 exam. Nick loves reading, football and all things outdoors.

Danielle Sandrazie
Experienced IT management and leadership professional with a strong focus on operational excellence in enterprise services and project delivery, bringing over 17 years of expertise across FMCG, manufacturing, higher education, retail, and healthcare/emergency services. Skilled in building, managing, and mentoring high-performing teams and known for her commitment to customer and stakeholder engagement.

Melanie Shaw
Melanie Shaw is a seasoned People and Culture professional with over 15 years of experience in the tech, law, marketing, and advertising industries. A firm believer that HR goes beyond recruiting, Mel is passionate about increasing workplace diversity and encouraging women to join the IT sector through her leadership at Women 4 STEM.
