Chris Skipper-Conway, Chair
My vision is for Australia to build a truly balanced and diverse workforce — one that secures the future of our IT industry, reflects the richness of our population, and strengthens our nation’s innovation. Diversity isn’t just a nice-to-have; it’s a necessity.
My passion for equal opportunity was shaped by growing up in South Africa, where I witnessed firsthand a society in which privilege was afforded to a minority while the majority was excluded and discriminated against. That experience instilled in me a lifelong determination to break down barriers, challenge inequity, and ensure that talent — no matter where it comes from — is given the chance to thrive.
