OUR UNIQUE MENTORING PROGRAM

OUR PROGRAM TIMELINE

The mentor(SHE:) program runs annually, with registration opening in October and closing in January. The program kicks off in February and concludes at the beginning of December.

HOW REGISTRATIONS WORK

2025 Registrations for Women 4 STEM’s leading Mentoring Program, mentor(SHE:) are open. Please follow the instructions below to register:

Step 1. Register. Head to: https://events.humanitix.com/registration-program-2025, and follow the prompts. Note: There’s a mentee registration fee of $249 – valid for registrations as a “mentee”, or “mentor AND mentee”.
Step 2. Submit your matching info. Click the link in your confirmation email. Complete your details and submit. These are crucial insights to help us match you as best we can.
Step 3. Get matched. mentor(SHE:) will commence matching pairs in Feb 2025, and will be in touch once you’re matched.

The Challenge
Despite women’s growing involvement in the tech industry, they still represent only 28% of the workforce—significantly lower than in other sectors (44%). This disparity highlights the need for targeted support to enhance the success and retention of women in tech.
