Our mentor(SHE:) program is an initiative designed to connect women with industry-leading professionals through a carefully curated matching process. This unique pairing strategy ensures that every mentee can benefit from a tailored, impactful experience.

How to register for 2026 intake?

Step 1 – Register 

Head to our Registration link: https://events.humanitix.com/mentor-she-2026-program-special-extended-registration and follow the prompts. 

Note: There’s a mentee registration fee of $249; valid for registrations as a “mentee”, or “mentor AND mentee”. 

Step 2 – Submit your matching info 

Once you’ve registered, you will receive a link to complete your mentoring details. Follow the prompts and submit. These are crucial insights to help us match you as best we can , the more info you provide, the better your match will be. 

Step 3 – Get matched 

mentor(SHE:) matches, and sends an introduction email to the pairs.


Why do we need mentoring for Women In STEM?

Despite women’s growing involvement in the tech industry, they still represent only 28% of the workforce—significantly lower than in other sectors (44%). This disparity highlights the need for targeted support to enhance the success and retention of women in tech.
