The program attracts mentees with a wide range of experience – from new graduates to experienced C-Suite leaders and therefore, we look for mentors with a minimum of 5 years of experience so we can match a mentor with the appropriate level of experience to each mentee.
We also look for mentors with enough availability to support mentees throughout the program (at least 1-2 hours a month).
Registrations for the 2026 intake open in October 2025. Expressions of interest for our next intake can be emailed to mentoring@women4stem.com.au throughout the year. You will be added to our database and receive communication from us as to when program registration is open and instructions as to how to register.
