What you’ll contribute to

As the IT & Business Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and streamlining business systems for the IT Management team, contributing to the achievement of TMCA’s long-term business plan and supporting objectives.

Join us in the Information Systems Division, where we provide the business with cutting-edge technology systems and information services support, enabling TMCA to execute its strategy and achieve its goals.

This is a 12-month max term opportunity based in Port Melbourne.

How you’ll make an impact

Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide high-level face-to-face customer service and IT support to executive stakeholders, ensuring queries and problems are resolved efficiently and proactively, enhancing the end-user experience.

Enhance Customer Experience: Assist in developing processes, procedures, and coaching (both virtual and onsite) to improve the customer experience for end users and achieve IT Services objectives.

Innovate and Improve: Research and trial new ways of working (e.g., better investigation through data analysis) to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, customer experience, and end-user satisfaction.

Monitor and Analyse: Keep an eye on user behaviour/usage and system performance against targets, recommending countermeasures where necessary.

Support Business Planning: Maintain reporting systems to provide accurate and timely information for planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

Manage Supplier Relationships: Provide specialist support for assessing and selecting suppliers to ensure service delivery meets quality expectations at optimal costs, and support ongoing supplier management.

Demonstrated customer service experience in a similar role

Ability to deliver a high-level user experience and providing coaching to users on device set up/management

Flexibility to work on site to provide face to face customer experience for users/stakeholders

Strong communicator and high level of emotional intelligence

Ability to work within a close-knit team and autonomously when required
