Cyber Security Project Manager
Are you passionate about cyber security and ready to make a difference? Toll Group is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Cyber Security Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Cyber Program Manager you will work with diverse stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the Cyber project/s.
This role is critical to the protection of Toll’s assets and as cyber threats from risk actors continue with an increasing level of sophistication the cyber posture needs to continually improve. Cyber projects will be ongoing at Toll to ensure that our security posture continues to improve. You will have the opportunity to deliver Cyber Projects and will be accountable for ensuring the successful delivery of assigned projects within the agreed parameters (scope, cost, time, quality, and risk), and ensuring that the agreed deliverables are produced and meet business expectations.
To be successful as Cyber Security Project Manager, you will need to:
Plan, control, and manage the delivery of Cyber Projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Develop and assist in preparing business cases and other project documents.
Manage project schedules, resource planning, milestones, dependencies, and the project team’s internal and external resources.
Proactively manage risks, issues, variations, and apply appropriate project governance in alignment with Toll Group SPO frameworks.
Manage quality, deliverable acceptance processes, stakeholders, and project-related communications and engagement activities.
Report on progress and project status, participate in post-implementation reviews, and identify lessons learned.
About You

Degree level qualification computer science, information technology or a related discipline. A masters degree in a related field would be well regarded.
Extensive track record of leading complex, large-scale Cyber/IT projects, delivering multiple Cyber Security/IT projects simultaneously.
Proven experience with cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS) and exposure to Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
Experience working with 3rd party IT providers/system integrators and developing business cases and benefits realization.
Knowledge of PMP/PMI PRINCE2/PMBoK project management methodology or equivalent, and financial management including Capex/Opex monitoring.
Experience working with offshore teams.
